Delivery

We will normally send your box by the end of the next working day, unless you tell us otherwise. If, for instance, you want a box to arrive for a special date, just tell us in the "Additional Comments" section when you order. All our boxes are sent by First Class Post or Courier within U.K., by Airmail everywhere else, and you should allow 5 days in UK, 10 days in Europe - but a little longer outside Europe - for your order to arrive. We will confirm your order by e-mail within 6 hours. The prices shown on this site include postage and packing within Europe. Outside there, we will charge an additional £4 per item.

For orders placed before 2 p.m. to be sent within U.K., we can offer - for Monday to Thursday dispatches - a guaranteed next day delivery service, for an additional £4. Just mention "Special Delivery" in the "Additional Comments" before you complete your order and we will do the rest.

Finally, at Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Easter, we normally "hold" your seasonal orders until about 6 days before the day (for U.K. deliveries), 12 days for addresses in Europe and 20 days for the rest of the World. You can find the exact dates when the Seasonal Range is available to order.This means that your Chocolates will arrive "just in time".
